Club 8 return to the studio in December to record their 7th album. Jari Haapalainen (Ed Harcourt, Peter, Bjorn & John, Camera Obscura, The Concretes) will produce the album. It's the first time they will have worked with an outside producer as the six first albums were all produced by the band's songwriter Johan Angergård.
The band is finishing demo recordings of their new songs in
Summersound Studios right now and state that the album should turn out "different and absolutely amazing". The album will be released in the spring of 2010.
