Darren Hayman and Fika Recordings offer up Christmas MP3 goodies

On the December the 1st Darren Hayman and Fika Recordings will start their online Christmas Advent Project.

You can find it here

For every day leading up to Christmas Darren and Fika will release a split download single by two artists. The range of artists contributing will be broad and diverse and include The Wave Pictures, Terry Edwards, Josie Long, Tigercats, Ballboy and of course Darren himself.

By the end of the project 50 plus songs will have been distributed for free in the giving spirit of Christmas.

The project grew out of promotion for Darren's Christmas Record 'Christmas in Haworth', a six track 10 inch EP with free download, free tea and free cake recipe. The record is available from the advent website above.

There is also a secret(ish) xmas party/gig on the 7th at the Betsy Trotwood with free cake.
