End of the Road for Bella Union

The End of the Road Festival 2012 will host Bella Union's 15th anniversary celebration. The Festival, held at Larmer Tree Gardens, Dorset from 31 August - 2 September 2012.

Set up in 1997 by Robin Guthrie and Simon Raymonde, the label will curate Friday's lineup, in a still-growing bill that includes the following acts:

Alessi's Ark
Beach House
Cashier No. 9
Dirty Three
Hannah Cohen
I Break Horses
John Grant
Jonathan Wilson
Lanterns On The Lake
The Low Anthem
Midlake
Mountain Man
Our Broken Garden
Poor Moon
Roy Harper
Veronica Falls

They join a weekend lineup that also includes Grizzly Bear, Tindersticks, Delicate Steve, Doug Paisley, Driver Drive Faster, First Aid Kit, Frank Fairfield, Jeffrey Lewis and the Junkyard, Justin Townes Earle, Moulettes, Outfit, Richard Buckner, Robert Ellis, Robyn Hitchchock, Sleep Party People, Stranded Horse and The Strange Boys.

Said Bella Union founder and label boss Simon Raymonde:

"Bella Union and End of The Road Festival have so much in common, most notably our taste in bands, and having several bands over the last 5 years who have headlined there, like Fleet Foxes, Explosions In The Sky, and Midlake, all of whom loved every minute, it seemed that when discussing what we should do for our 15th Anniversary a conversation with End of the Road was a good starting point. The outcome is something very special and this will be the pinnacle of our anniversary celebrations throughout 2012."

Ticket prices for End of the Road Festival 2012:

Adult weekend (incl. camping): £150
Youth 13-17 years (must be accompanied by an adult): £120
Child 6-12 years (must be accompanied by an adult): £50
Child 0 - 5 years (must be purchased in advance & accompanied by an adult): Free
Campervan / Caravan pass £50
