Nightingales sing again... but not in Berkeley Square

The Nightingales release a new single 'Real Gone Daddy' on Monday October 15th. Taken from their recently released new album 'No Love Lost' on Cooking Vinyl, this digital download release also contains a re-working of the classic Joanna Newsom track 'The Book Of Right On'.

The new tour will see the band slimmed down to a 4 piece following the departure (again) of guitarist Matt Wood. Chief Nightingale Robert Lloyd revealed 'Matt has jacked in playing guitar altogether.... will be a big miss sonically but it's also nice to change the sound every year or so'.

The Nightingales play

Sat 13th October in BIRMINGHAM (Digbeth) at the Wagon & Horses
Sun 14th October in PRESTON at The Continental
Mon 15th October in MANCHESTER at the Night & Day Cafe
Tue 16th October in LONDON (Kings Cross) at Monto @ Water Rat

The band have also been invited once more by long time champion Marc Riley to record another BBC6 session live at the Manchester studios prior to their Night & Day Cafe show on 15th so tune in between 7 and 8pm for 3 songs live to air plus some chat with Mr Riley.
