We've got a Felt tip for you... buy this book

A signed, deluxe, hardback, cloth-bound book with embossed cover is imminent from Lawrence of indie cult legends Felt. Limited to 1000 and featuring exclusive photographs of Felt's career and all text by Lawrence, it tracks Felt's journey over the decade from 1980 - 1989. It celebrates the individual and eccentric world inhabited by Lawrence with rare and unseen pictures from his personal archive alongside shots from an extensive range of photographers including Joe Dilworth, Paul Hartnett and Donna Ranieri.

With an introduction by Bob Stanley (Saint Etienne) and all other text by Lawrence, the book offers his personal comments on the band - its development, style and influences. It also casts some light on the challenges faced by Lawrence.
