Sorry, i'm not the full ticket. Can somebody put into laymens terms what this means? Is this saying that if I pop out for a drink and pick up a fiddle* that has been left on the side and start fiddling away i'm-a- breaking the law?*yeah that's theft or stupidity depending on the angle. How are they going to vet this then? And what exactly are we talking about here? In my bruv's pub there are the travelling spoon playing gangs who travel to pubs and spontaneously pull out the cutlery and start banging away. Will they be told to fork off? Are they living on a knife's edge? Are they stirring things up? (add your own cutlery puns here) Are they breaking the law? What about whistling without planning? I give up...
