On the wider reshuffling story, it's beginning to look a bit like the old deckchairs on the Titanic scenario. Never really understood how simply shifting the same old faces around helps to either re-establish the PM's authority or to re-invigorate the govt. Surely if someone's moved from job A to job B it rather implies they weren't that great at job A?
