I think More Songs strikes an excellent balance between mad ideas and likeable, quirky pop. From the darkly disturbing "Warning Sign" to the chilly grandeur of "The Big Country" there are some great songs in there.
It's also their funniest album by quite some way: "The Girls Want to Be With the Girls" is a hilarious take on radical 70's feminism and "Artists Only" should strike a chord with anyone who's ever tried to paint/write a song or be in any way creative.
It's also got one of the best album titles of all time. An all round class act.Statistics: Posted by Mrs Ray Flicker — Wed Jul 13, 2011 10:34 am
