After the success of our first night in January, we're pleased to say that we'll be monthly at the Buffalo Bar with the Northern Soul Jukebox. The next night is this Thursday Feb 8th.
The idea of the night is simple. We'll have all of the Northern Soul Top 500 with us, as drawn up by Wigan Casino DJ Kev Roberts, and there'll be print outs of the Top 500 around the venue. You can request any song from the 500 just by asking for it by number - we'll play all requests in order, just like a real jukebox!
The idea is that we'll be able to play songs that don't usually get aired, alongside the old favourites and surefire classics. If there's a song from the 500 that you wish DJs would play at a northern night, just give us the number and we'll play it...!
