i'm looking for a musical (and definitely non rock) drummer and solid and unfussy bass player for a new project. i'm aiming for simple home-made twang, strum and country harmony type sound with modern/smart/nerdy lyrics in the vein of the wedding present/shins/modern lovers etc. i'm not adversed to the occasional bit of skronk either. backing vocals and a second instrument would be highly desirable.

lots of songs written and ready, some already performed and recorded in a different format with previous band. i'm currently working on new material involving (at the moment) country picking and cheesy drum machines. i'm keen to work with new people, experiment with instrumentation and above all have fun with it!

all players of accordions, mandolins, horns, strings, ukes, banjos even other guitars will also be gleefully considered.
