i love the lemonheads. re-bought car button cloth the other day. it's better than i remembered it actually. the first few tracks are actually a sgood as anything on ray or feel and it's got outdoor type on it. overall it's probably 50/50 hit and miss i'd say. the last album was a bit shakey i'll admit but other than that i could listen to (and probably sing along with) every other track off all of their other albums. top stuff.
i think they've always been unfairly derided and overlooked as it happens. alright he's a lazy and relatively unproductive chump but so are lots of others who don't get it in the neck over it and when when he's on it lyrically, melodically, stylistically and production wise he's produced some my favourite pop/country/whatever of all time.
so yeah.
