Ours is. Vile go-getting middle class ponces employed as consultants. Hundreds of them. Constantly quaffing 3 quid skinny frapuccinos. One bounded over a minute ago, bluetooth earpiece flashing and yelled at some other temp pass'd tosser "Are we doing lunch? I could murder a steak sandwich with an egg and all the trimming". Wtf is the trimmings for a steak and egg sandwich? If they'd stuck around five seconds longer they'd have been wearing their arse as a hat.

Another twat strolled in yesterday and announced that he's just put in an offer for a house.... £190,000 under the asking price. How much is the asking price, if they can afford to drop it that much? If someone offered me £190k less for my house I'd be dipping into my own pocket to sell it to them.

Christ knows how much we're paying these cocks but it's too much.

its the same everywhere
if the government want to make public service savings all they have to do is ban the use of consultants
local councils employ them at ludicrous rates to tell them things they already know and do jobs that used to be done in house cheaper (usually by the consultant)
