I can't believe that I did not put cheese on my list - i'm replacing mars bars with mexicano (hands over the empty choc wrappers) Ooh we were making our own pizzas yesterday, yes we were and it were dead good! They tasted luvverly and my sauce kicks Pizza Hut's/Domino's/whoever's into wherever crap sauce people get kicked. I like this Sounds XP Masterchef thing. We should stage it at different venues...it could catch on....

Chimes, you can't just list all the basic food groups!

I'm going with:

- Leeks
- Large block of potent Cheddar
- a cheesecake (plain - not those grimy ones with fruit puree on top)
- Tuna
- Birds Eye Potato Waffles (waffly versatile)
- Frijj chocolate milkshake (yes, the drink of deviants, I know)
- Peanut Butter (I tend to have the same policy with PB lovers as Westie does with mushroom lovers)
- Spuds
- Tomatoes
- Black olives
- Twiglets (I can't get enough of the little blighters)
- Garlic
- Unlimited supply of pasta (none of that twisty crap though, maybe tagliatelle)
- a nice crusty baguette

Hmm, looking back over my list, I've not really paid much heed to basic cookery staples - unless I knocked up some sort of cheesy twiglet pasta bake...
