Help! I'm running the London Marathon on the 22nd April and I'm in desperate need of sponsorship.
I'm doing it to raise money for PHAB - "Phab aims to promote and encourage people with and without physical disabilities to come together on equal terms, to achieve complete integration within the wider community and to make more of life together."
Please sponsor me by visiting I need to reach a target of £1,200 otherwise I have to make up the difference myself. So any contributions, however small, would be gratefully appreciated. Come on, it's 26 bloody miles!
