well that was a bit of a disappointment to be honest. they tried so hard but the sound was just rubbish. even when i knew a song really well and was thinking "i love this next bit!" it'd come along and i'd think "was that even it?" it just sounded like: SHHHHHHHHHHHBRRRRRCLANGBANGABANGA tinkleinkle SHHHHHHHWRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR all of which totally drowned out tiny weeny satomi's voice. couple of great moments (galaxia) but overall i couldn't help thinking that they'd have blown my tiny mind in a club whereas in a venue of that size (koko) i thought they were just a bit lost... speaking of getting lost - not sure what happened there chaps. we were right behiond you but met our friend as we were coming in the door and he had to check his motorbike helmet and stuff in to the cloakroom, kind of lost sight of you after that. hey ho. what didy you make of it it all? i'm guessing too much with the prog nonsense? |
