the logo itself i don't mind too much actually

very nu-rave

cos THAT won't have dated much FIVE YEARS FROM NOW

but the animations they've been using to publicise it look like the titles of "going live" circa karen green and phillip schofield

it's a bit embarassing really

Looks like the sort of thing you'd see sprayed on a tube train, which isn't the image of London you want to promote. It's a reasonable design but not the sort of thing you want to live with for the next 5 years - I bet the design team wear back-to-front baseball caps.

I imagine the "creative" agency involved is a bit like that one in Monkey Dust where they send their people to the ends of the earth for inspiration
