i've been getting back into swimming lately. not quite speedos and rubber hat level getting into it... yet... but i am working on my stroke, timing myself over set distances and actually looking forward to going. anyone else like flailing about in a vat of chlorine and used elstoplasts for fun and fitness? |

i'm with westie, the only caveat being that actually its public swimming pools that are awful and the tedious going up and down swimming in the sea is the best thing in the world ever a nice pool in a hot country is indeed the best hangover cure, you just lie in the water and your body rehydrates - quite why anyone would rehydrate with york hall baths is anybodys guess |
