Only a few weeks away now. Like up is starting to take shape by the looks of things. Last year was awesome but I don't think the line up is as strong as 2006. (I don't have a ticket - does anyone have a spare?) |

They're announcing the lineup tonight during a big party which no doubt Teasy is going to. |

I did indeed go, never been to Truck but it does strike me that something would always be on that I wouldn't feel like wasting my time watching, Brian Jonestown, Schla's, Piney, Lea Shores, Early Years, The PRC, Y, Brakes, ILIKETRAINS, Mojave 3 all solid enough. Listening to Six Nation State album now and it's a cracker, listened to Napoleon III'rds earlier and thta was pretty sweet too. Went to the Kent Festival yesterday which was actually more expensive and the final 2 acts were The Feeling and The Ordinary Boys so I'll have none of your whinging please! |

I'll be at Truck once more, slurping ale with Bola and Jim Gibb in that pub I suspect on the Sunday if that's the lineup... Saturday looks ok though. The Truck boys are getting very lazy, that is NOT a reflection of the good Truck friendly type of bands they could have booked if they'd got off their fat arses and checked out new music... |

I e-mailed that bloke I know who stated it's personnel invite only by the Truck Organisers. Which is bull isn't it as they easily could have put on some new to them on. Has the Truck bubble burst? I tell you when I hitch a lift from Noah on my way back.... It's time for Sounds XP fest on the Hackney Marshes.... |

That's all a bit crap! Apart from The Scha la las, Piney, Josh and Glen Tilbrook i'd be twiddling my thumbs all weekend or making friendship bands. Oh and Pull Tiger tail are ok. They're the only ones who jump out of the list at me. |

It is pants that line up but I am sure we will find something to amuse ourselves. Not much grabs me to be honest although I am glad to see CHris TT playing again. I was chatting to Ged last night about trying to get to indie tracks the weekend after because truck looks to be so poor this year! |
