Have a look at the savaging it got by readers over at Amazon ... My favourite review: "Thoughtful, artistic, inspiring, shocking, this book will change your life. For fans of Pete, and those who hate him, this is a must read. Nah, not really. Its a right bag of wank." |

But very little of those negative reviews suggest that they've actually read the bloody thing! I for one would be very interested in reading them. I've read extracts from his prison diaries and they're very interesting... |

Sorry what's in the book because I read the first two lines of that review and gave up. Is it his life story? Or just perusings of a young man? What is the nature of Mr D's book? I do hope it's not a life story as I believe that you shouldn't be able to write your life story until you're at least 50. I'm sick of reading the 'lives' of people under the age of thirty - some average two books a year on their 'lives' Bollocks it is. As for Pete - I'm not gonna defend him any longer or Johnny Borrell. You're on your own lads! |
