These guys have been my friends for a while, but what with other things going on with the label i'd kind of forgotten about them until they played the Tough Love second birthday party a few weeks back. They reminded me how much i love their songs in the first place, so i went back to their myspace and had a listen. Theyre called The Empty Set and i think a lot of people on here would like them. The lead singer just emailed me some new songs that theyve yet tp put up on the myspace, but they sound beautiful and i think theyre planning on giving them away soon. Have a listen anyway and let me know what you think . Note the cutting lyrics on Ill Cry and Ill Cry. |

they are terribly good! i had a dream last night that the violin player(who's also the violin player in honeytrap) were in a harry potter film, on that platform where you go to go to the wizard's place. he was complaining about how it had got too commercial and there were adverts for big brand prodcts everywhere. thing is, if i did really take him to a magical world i know he'd say exactly the same thing in real life, such a hippy! sorry, yeah they're really good though. tom voice is the most beautiful voice out of any singer i know at the moment |
