Wine - I love it but it's making me seriously ill of late - I mean projectile vomiting that puts the exorcist chick to shame - in fact my new nickname is exorcist. I'm obviously allergic to certain grapes so it's a matter of working my way through all the different wines to eliminate the culprits - that's a lot of wine and sick though (that white cloud? wine you suggested, Bovey, made me nearly part with my intestines. ![]() I love yoghurt covered raisins (a little too much) I just eat the bag and they don't agree with me - and lemon curd straight out of the jar. P.S - you can't pile on pounds can you, Bovey? P.P.S - Brie is vile! |

White Cloud is only about 10 or 11% which is part of why I like it - it tastes good and is quaffable. You must be drinking bathfuls of it to hurl. Yoghurt covered raisins? *shudder*. I am partial to M&S Belgian choco raisins though. |

Well admittedly we'd drunk three other bottles of wine and two of the white cloud (but the other wine I had drunk before so I blamed white cloud) Yes, yoghurt covered raisins. They're lovely they are. |

yep, dark ales, stouts and red wine makes me sneeze lots. What rotten luck eh? I remember going to the doctors a few years ago when my asthma, eczema and rhinitis were really bad and he went through a massive list of things I shouldn't be eating/consuming - shellfish, alcohol, red meat, cheese, eggs... pretty much all the things I love. Naturally I just ignored the advice , well, apart from the stuff above and nothing improved. It's a lot better now though. |

I had the same thing, VV - well except i'm allergic to 2 sheets of A4 paper which include: Money/keys/denim/blue paint/green paint/zips/buttons/rubber/wet cement mixers! - so I said to the Doc, 'So I might aswell just throw the towel in doc?' Heh. He wasn't amused. I ignored it all and it just went away though I still cross the road if I see a wet cement mixer. Glad you're a lot better. |
