Any of you used this yet?

It's like an itunes version of napster - streams music to your computer.
Free and all that. Basically you search for an artist and it gives you a list of their songs and you can play them. What is great is that it's all instant - no waiting to download anything before it plays. High bit rates too.
I had a test and found the Redskins, Super Furry Animals, Of Montreal, Vivian Girls etc etc, so they have a pretty good catalogue.

Just thought someone here might be interested seeing as registrations have just become available.

been on it a few times. Seems ok. Only flaw for me is that I have enough music on my PC that I want to play as it is!

Being somewhat bored whilst The Mrs was watching three hours of feckin American idol I have created a Spotify playlist based on the 2008 Poll results. There was more on there than I thought.

I have made it a collaborative playlist so people can add to it.

You can't download Cavey only stream. That's what the kids want these days isn't it? To rent music or to get to play it free. My 16 yr old niece considers any track that has been out for a month as old.

I see some record labels have already remove tracks in a row over licensing. More .

Ah I see...I don't really, i'm not get the 'streaming' thing at all. Yeah a lot of teens are very flippant with music.
