The re-formed line up turned out to be Lydia Lunch + 3 members of Gallon Drunk doing a set of Teenage Jesus & The Jerks songs. Having said that they did sound exactly like Teenage Jesus & The Jerks and I guess Lydia was always a lot more than quarter of the band. Her new band, big Sexy Noise also played, same line up as The Jerks, pretty good but that was largely due to Lydia's presence & lyrics more than the music which ok apart from Terry Edwards trying to be Albert Ayler and failing. |
