I like The Pogues and one solo (with Popes) LP I have heard is fairly good too. I'd probably pick 'Rum, Sodomy and The Lash' as my favourite - it's the one I play most and it has the most memories associated with it. Have you heard Shane's guest vocal on a Mary Chain song? 'God Help Me'. They made him sound very different. I've uploaded it - for the curious. |
