Youtube - I reckon many now take for granted.. But it's a brilliant way of sharing media really, when you think about it. I remember the days of having to download a video when I wanted to watch one. I guess this ties in with Broadband too...So much better than a number of years ago! |

Actually just add the net in general for music. When I were a lad <screen turns sepia> it literally took a lifetime to know what all the key bands sounded like. You had to listen to the radio all the time and hope they cropped up and the tracks were named or you'd go out and spend a fortune. Nowadays I reckon I could get a basic understanding of the who's and whats of rock n roll in 2 days just by fluttering around myspace. |
