Aaaah Springsteen, how Mojo is that... The epitomy of stadium rock and therefore vile, surely? Hmmm certainly I saw no worth in his music bitd but when Kevin Rowland covered Thunder Road a decade ago it opened my ears to the quality of his lyrics. And now I listen to a load of indie pop bands performing his songs on "Play Some Pool", etc and I think maybe I need to revisit his back catalogue. Any fans? |
