What gets me is that the same journos who are putting a lot of effort into building this up to be a big thing and picking away at the potential fault lines in the team so that there is very litte chance of it being dealt with sensibly etc etc are precisely those who in four months time will be writing sniggering articles about how the Dutch are always undermined by divisions in the squad and lambasting anyone perceived to be undermining preparations (eg by daring to suggest that England genuinely will be damn lucky to get past the quarters)
