Must be odd for Gavdan. Supports Ipswich and United and has to contemplate wearing the colours of.... Norwich.

And presumably Tim's sick to his back teeth of people assuming he's a United fan.

Agreed. It was bloody obvious that their business was not built on anything other than sand (based @ Southsea I guess, huh, huh, er, huh) but as fans we're blinkered when it comes to success.

It can only be the combination of the latest financial statements (ironically showing a slight dip in the level of debt) together with the media circus beginning to develop around that 'Red Knight' group. The idea that a bunch of wealthy Utd fans might ride to the rescue is appealing, but the Glazers aren't exactly showing signs of budging for all that. It was quite a neat idea to use the original team colours as part of the visual protest, I thought, but I reckon the whole thing's doomed to failure, more's the pity. I'm assuming the scarves aren't available from the club shop...?

The GaY was out in force yesterday for the match against the red grievers. One of those strange games where you want both teams to lose. All still building towards 2 interesting finales (Champions and who finishes 4th).
