Not so much the article, which is the usual pro-Tory drivel sourced from some nasty right wing think tank but the comments underneath. Not sure whether it's public sector workers finally fighting back or unions organising responses but it cheered this miserable soul to see so many slagging it off.

Having spent some of the morning getting equal parts depressed and angry at that absolute tosser, Michael Gove's, plans for 'free' schools (i.e. private in all but name but funded by taxpayers) the responses to this article slightly improved my mood. Not as much as the written confirmation of the ruling on the civil service compensation scheme, mind you, but any chink of light in this Tory-led hellhole we now occupy is welcome.

The Daily Mail today is rubbing its thighs at the thought of public servants getting a pay freeze AND a 2.5% deduction from our salaries for our pensions. Hopefully it's one of those stick it up the flagpoles and see how angry the plebs get before introducing something nasty but not that nasty instread.

Article on BBC that covers what the BBC are likely to be moving to for their staff. There's a suggestion it will be the model for all public sector workers.

Actually, the number one tip is: DON'T ANSWER THE DOOR.

Not answering the phone is also a good idea, but after a while that, er, ceases to be an issue....
