I shan't join as: 1. I'm rubbish at predictions; and 2. I always find these things seem like great fun at the start of the season but have become a living hell by about Christmas. Points 1 and 2 are quite possibly connected. Anyway, good luck, all. Talking of footie, I watched the Leeds/Derby game on Saturday and found myself thinking "this is a great league - I wish we were still in it." Not looking forward to the dreary old Premiership at all this season, even though everyone's saying it'll be the most exciting season for years. Meh. They ought to forget the games and televise the club accountants doing their thing. That's where the real action is. |
