Can't remember all the places I used to go after I first moved to London (there were a lot of dives involved because I shared a house with most of a band called the Walking Floors) but I do recall going to Hammersmith to the Clarendon (probably), to see the Chills and the Triffids. And maybe I saw McCarthy there too, who I also saw at the LSE (I've moved us forward to about '87-'88 now). |
