He's a shoo-in! I started feeling strange vegetarian sympathies on reading that puff piece for the fast-food industry. Was he drugged, bribed or is he just colossally stupid?

He's known for being a bit of a wind-up. I can't see that being the case in this instance. I'm even more happy to be a proud vegan now.

This doesn't wind me up as much as the Mcdonalds ad that shows the kids having a good time down on the farm. I don't understand this argument that animals that are going to be slaughtered should lead this carefree lifestyle. If I was an animal and was going to be slaughtered for greedy food consumption I wouldn't want to live a carefree, happy contented life. I'd want to be locked up and have a miserable life so that when the inevitable happened (me being ate) i'd welcome death.

It seems more cruel that they give animals this false idea that they are free and treat them with respect and then butcher them anyway.

More disturbing in this article is the fact that 'Ken' is applying years of Royal Navy training into a sausage roll like it's some kind of military operation. Jeez.
