First gigs in 30 years. Leeds tonight, Manchester Sat. Upstairs at the Garage on Monday. They were quite remarkably excellent (tbh I'd mainly gone to check out the support). Turnout in Sheffield was pretty reasonable for that sort of gig in Sheffield on a Thursday night, but that means about 20 or so paying customers (and some of them didn't stay for the headliners) - so still something of a travesty. I might try to bash out a review at lunchtime (still no home internet, possibly for another week) |
