Tis a bloody shame that and it's sad to hear of two of them passing. I used to go in there regulary in the early 1990's especially for the 2.99 two course sunday lunches sitting amongst the stuffed animals and the visiting coach parties of Norwegian tourists (really!). Couldn't believe they still had the same bar staff a decade later when they started putting gigs on. Even more so when a couple of them recognised me from 10 years previously. RIP......... |

Very sad times. And I only went the once! I'd been meaning to go back but it was a uniquely charming pub... Sad that the pair of 'em died too. They were brother and sister weren't they? |
