I think it's cos I go through Stratford a lot and keep being reminded that i'm in the Olympic city.  I just feel that any press for sport (news) is focussing more on the games than the footie. Most people I know who love the Euro tournament keep asking when it is. That doesn't normally happen. For the record I think the games is a nightmare for london which is why i've booked the whole time off.

I'm excited about both. But that's because I don't live in London. I'd probably hate it if I did. We've just had a world rowing event here which trebles the population of the islands for a weekend and I can't fucking stand it. |
