Anyone go, or find anything interesting? I was there for a while (it was very busy) and found some nice things on the Fire Records stall (plus free banana with download code inscribed on it!) and on the Odd Box/ WIAIWYA/ Fika stall. Best thing was meeting Tim Burgess who was selling his book and seemed to be enjoying just chatting to people - a refreshingly unstarry attitude! |

I was on the stall all day. Huw Stephens came over early doors and was dead nice and really down to earth. He even bought something from Fika! A chap from Full Time Hobby came over and was really friendly too. So many people and all enthusiastic to try unheard/unknown bands. It was a lot of fun to do from a Label's perspective - but I think you need gimmicks/new numbered rare things to get sales, back catalog stuff was harder to sell. |

I was a hope keeping a tally of who could post the most tweets about the market in one day. @OddBoxRecords vs @SonicCathedral SC won it by 1,753 to 1,752. |

Ha! I only tweeted about it 3 or 4 times! I was too damn tired to function after getting just 3 hours kip. Surprised you weren't along for the day Bovey, there was ale supping a plenty going on (not by me, sadly). |

I would have been were it not for the fact that I was, and still am, in Nottingham. Some weirdos there though... WARNING: Not office friendly due to there being a Griff Rhys Jones lookalike at front of shot. |
