I think it's cos I go through Stratford a lot and keep being reminded that i'm in the Olympic city. I just feel that any press for sport (news) is focussing more on the games than the footie. Most people I know who love the Euro tournament keep asking when it is. That doesn't normally happen. For the record I think the games is a nightmare for london which is why i've booked the whole time off.
