I suspect I've been buying more back catalogue albums than new stuff for a few years now but it's now probably up to about 90% of my purchases - mainly comps of girl groups, northern soul, ska, 60s pop, etc but also a lot of albums that maybe came out 3 or 4 years ago that I've only just discovered courtesy of it being £3 in a second hand or charity shop rather than £10 new. I probably buy one new album every 3 weeks now compared with 1 or 2 a week a few years ago. |

I rarely buy records at all. My inbox is rammed with music and if I want to listen to something I'll generally stream it online. I just don't have the space or the money any more. This year I've bought 1 new and 1 old album. Plus a couple of download singles. |
