My friend is starting her own label and has asked me how much she should ask for limited cassette albums (with download code, obviously). I said between 7 and 10 pounds. What is The right price? |

Well they used to be about 8 quid for an album on tape. Back in the days you were looking at 12 quid for a CD - so early to mid 90s. I Spiritualized's Ladies & Gentlemen... for a special offer on tape at £4,99. First thing I ever bought by them. I'd say a tenner is a bit steep unless there's fancy packaging of some kind - other than that 7 or 8 seems fine. |
