May have been covered before but I thought I'd start a thread following a discussion me and Milchman had a few weeks back about a band he posted about who had quite short songs. I know someone who did a whole album of them, a concept album i guess. In celebration (?) of November 11th in 2011 when the date and time was 11 11 11 11 11 11 or something like that. An album of 11 songs, all 11 seconds long, all 11 related. http://music.ouralbert.net/album/11xeleven |

I got sent an album to review the other day where the band had made every song exactly one minute long. To be honest I thought it was a gimmick and given that I get between 50 and 100 submissions a day I didn't even listen to it. |
