The documentary film Basically Johnny Moped has a one off screening at the Riverside Studios cinema this Thursday (Oct 24th) at 8pm. I saw it at it's London première and can't recommend it highly enough. I will get around to watching this - I read a review that reported a fantastic story about a "Hells Angels Croydon" tattoo he once had. The real Angels (and who'd have thunk that there was a branch of the Hells Angels in Croydon?) saw it on a record sleeve and told him: lose the tattoo or lose the arm, so he had it covered up! And the film was made by Captain Sensible's son! |
