Have read few, if any, opinions from blokes on the racoon-haired one. Anyone here got one?

Raccoon-haired! Yes, like it!

I always assumed that she was another gadabout journo who just wrote about cystitis and pop culture but at Christmas one of my team (whose mission in life is to persuade people to read Caitlin Moran) made me read her book about being a woman and I thought it was brilliantly written and full of good sense, especially for young women. So I’m a fan now.

Edit - sorry, just seen your heading so I'll add a sentence. She's a decent writer on music though I don't like her musical taste and she's also a decent feminist!

Yeah, I agree. Bulk ordered a few copies of How To Be A Woman for a dose of nieces. Went to see her recently. A highly entertaining yarn-spinner and all round good spud. The latest feminist messiah? Probably not, but then she reckons we can do without one. Fur enough.
