I know what it is to be constantly in a stressful state and for me the way out was Smoking marijuana, literally one or two puffs in the evening after work and the world becomes brighter before my eyes, I just want to do what I love or communicate with friends. The best way to take mental health fitness is simple is that avoid taking stress in your mind. Live happily and chill, I know in practical life there are lots of challenges you're facing in your life, but stress is not the solution of difficulties. Discuss your problem with your friends and family members they will give you good advice, but please don't take stress they will destroy your mental health. |
