For the uninitiated, this is our annual chart, or rather yours... you simply vote for your top 3 singles of the year, the Offbeat computer (AKA Gill) compiles a chart and play the top 10. For those who didn't vote at Offbeat last friday, you should receive an email voting form very shortly - PLEASE vote - everyone on this list is eligible, and we like the chart to be as representative as possible.
As a bribe, everyone who votes will be entered into a prize draw, to be drawn on the night of the Christmas Special, and one person will win an Offbeat goody bag containing the following: Le Tigre, Los Campesinos! and Twisted Charm T-Shirts; CD albums from The Go! Team, Ash, PJ Harvey, Good Books and more; CD singles from Los Campesinos!, Jarvis, NYPC, The Shins, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Patrick Wolf, The Rapture, Bloc Party, Arcade Fire, Maccabees, and many many more; DVDs from The Long Blondes and Ash; Maccabees and Rumblestrips picturediscs; a Bonde Do Role torch(!); the Offbeat ‘mix CDs of 2007’; plus loads of stickers, badges, promo items and edible goodies!
