He's a big talent... What was he doing on there? Was it one of those Wife Swap programes but about half pint 'musicians' and he got traded with a Kazoo tooting Jimmy Krankie? Or summat? |

Post subject: | short angry men |
Short Angry Men ...was the title of the programme, on Channel 5... so no doubt it will resurface in the middle of the night sometime... "Elsewhere, another extremely short man has found an entirely different way of coping with his anger. Paul from London is a mere four-foot-eleven and has struggled with issues about his height all his life. To this day, 34-year-old Paul suffers insomnia, anxiety and low self-esteem about his stature. He would love to have a girlfriend but finds relationships seemingly impossible when he has the same height as a 12-year-old girl. Paul explains his love/hate relationship with the world around him. On the one hand, he likes to be different, but on the other hand, he is desperate to be ?normal?. He channels this frustration into his own brand of punk-rock poetry, writing and performing autobiographical songs and poems about loneliness and being an outcast. The film also follows Paul as he sets out to learn why he is so small. His brother and father are both around six foot, and his mother mentioned that there may have been a lack of oxygen when he was born. But will knowing the truth make it any easier for Paul to become comfortable in his own skin?" and here's spinmaster's hideout... |
