The Nurse Who Loved Me blend riffy rock, heavy bass fuzz, melodic vocals, Crash ripping drums and "Queen" style harmonies. The band record all the material themselves.
Formed Unintentionally, in 2004 as a 2 piece with basslines on a sampler, Cousins Chris Usselman and Steve Weston jammed through out the night in their studio and wrote enough material to fill an album.
The Sound they created was from a mixture of influences such as The Police, Foo Fighters, Doves, The Cure & Portishead'
2 years of hard gigging and more writting lead to the decision it was time for a real bassist.
In 2006 Lee Yates (of post rock project Idee fixe) joined forces with Chris and Steve to find them with a new, fuller and heavier sound.
