It's going to be mad! BOBBY CONN (Chicago, IL) A musician. A misfit. A culture warrior. A bullshitter. A legend! We're more than a little pleased to present the poster boy of the American underground along with his brand new band The Burglars, so called because he nicked them for this tour from his favourite Chicago bands such as Mahjongg, Laser Crystal and Detholz!. Bobby has equally delighted and annoyed hipsters since first appearing on the Chicago music scene in the mid '90s. Blending aggressive showmanship with an omnivorous love of musical genres, from Suicide to Streisand or from The Sweet to Stravinsky, Bobby has often irritated and provoked audiences, but never bored them.
