A select bill of adventurous youth with mature musicality, and a century of inspiration in their individually unique future rock sounds. This is poetry in emotion;-
WAREHOUSE REPUBLIC
Intense, passionate, energy. They may be new, but are already a genuine live attraction to catch at close range.
"A quadruple shot of Bourbon-soaked, music adrenalin into the flaccid veins of contemporary Rock 'N' Roll" (Musos Guide).
THE BREADSTEALERS
Described as "Bob Dylan meets Patti Smith with a dash of Television and an English accent", fronted by the enigmatic charisma and sweet tones of Gabi Garbutt.
THE MILES AWAY PROJECT
Already in the sights of sussed movers and shakers, The M.A.P. mix dark dirty riffs with clean tunes that veer unpredictably from controlled melody to improvised catharsis. The result is a startling but accessible post prog thrill.
GST CARDINALS
Punky Hull upstarts who do longer tour with the bassist in the car boot (!). Released their debut EP in winter, have a US label deal and are now looking forward.
“They have the tunes, they have the looks” (God Is In The TV)
EDIT/SELECT
A core of Team Rocklands and S. E. London instigators promoting the best new talent via their Toejam events. Up and coming in their own rights, they man the decks before their Goldsmiths show on 12th May.
@rocklandstv
"The London-trotting Rocklands brand, which is now cropping up all over our fair city, always with sterling guitary talent and an impeccable party vibe" (Pulse).
