WHERE: The Wilmington Arms, 69 Rosebery Avenue, Clerkenwell, London, EC1r 4RL WHEN: Thursday 18 October 2012 HOW MUCH: £3.00 on the door (7:30pm - 11:30pm) One Man Melt presents…Thursday’s Radiation feat. The Ragged Flags Roisin Mcneill One Man Melt presents their monthly alternative / folk / psyche night, featuring Americana / folk rock band The Ragged Flags and up and coming young folkster Roisin McNeill. Also DJing music from 60’s,70’s, folk, alternative, psyche and Northern Soul. The Ragged Flags: Are a London-based four piece with our own unique and distinctive sound incorproating the essential natural juices of rock, pop and folk with the lovely chunky bits of country and blues. The Ragged Flags are currently preparing their debut release and performing live, supporting Paul Carrack at the Indigo2 later this month. Roisin McNeill: 17 year old Singer/Songwriter Roisin McNeill from London, Started playing guitar from the age of 8. Her influences range from Laura Marling, Bob Dylan, Iris DeMent, Nanci Griffith Tommy Reilly to bands such as Green Day. Roisin will be starting to record her 1st EP this year. |
