I know nothing about this other than that someone I know alittle bit is in one of the bands. But with a poster like this, how can it not be good? |

Weirdsville nights are nearly always pretty enjoyable. They seem to have taken up the mantle from the much missed Corn Rocket Club and The Dirty Water Club, which seems unable to find a decent home these days. If you happen to know Paul from DWR (which I'm guessing you do) could you suggest to him sending out press releases about new releases on the label? I get all their promos for free but never get told when there are new albums out. It's a case of me heading to the promo site, sticking in a secret code and finding out if there's anything new to download. I don't mind going out of my way to do that, but it's easy to forget when you get 50+ submissions a day anyway. An email reminder/press release/mailing list would help publicity loads. I'm sure I can't be the only one in the same boat. |
